OK so here is the exercise
Things you need
- A plastic bottle which should have ice or cold water inside it.
- A napkin.

How to do this exercise
- Keep the plastic bottle on the ground.
- Place your foot on it gently.
- Site on a comfortable chair.
- rotate the bottle back forth with your foot from your heel to your fingers.
- change the bottle caps side once in a few minute.
What will happen after it.
- Blood flow gets in order
- Pain in your body will be reduced.
- Because of point 1 and 2 your body will get relaxed.
- Your mind will become fresh.
- If you have back pain it will surely reduce.
