First exercise of the day

So this is the first exercise of this page I am shubham your own fitness adviser

OK so here is the exercise

Things you need

  1. A plastic bottle which should have ice or cold water inside it.
  2. A napkin.

How to do this exercise

  1. Keep the plastic bottle on the ground.
  2. Place your foot on it gently.
  3. Site on a comfortable chair.
  4. rotate the bottle back forth with your foot from your heel to your fingers.
  5. change the bottle caps side once in a few minute.

What will happen after it.

  • Blood flow gets in order
  • Pain in your body will be reduced.
  • Because of point 1 and 2 your body will get relaxed.
  • Your mind will become fresh.
  • If you have back pain it will surely reduce.
